BULGARIA

È ancora aperta la selezione di un volontario per un progetto in BULGARIA (città di Razgrad), con partenza prevista per fine maggio2010: durata del progetto un anno, organizzazione di accoglienza YOUTHFORUM 2001. Un lavoro a contatto con giovani a rischio per promuoveretolleranza e reciproca comprensione tra persone di religioni e originidiverse.

More info: We (VITATEAM) are the CO. The *kindergarden Saedemeke* willbe the HO: for them it would be the second experience hosting avolunteer (the first, an Italian girl, will be leaving in August). Thevolunteer will teach English to the childrean (native speaker languagelevel is not required but creativity is: the volunteer won't be askedto give formal language classes -- the children are too young for that-- but to teach basic language skills through games, songs, etc).Moreover he/she will organise the Language Cafe' for the kindergardenpersonnel: this is an informal weekly meeting, attended mostly byteachers, in which they try to improve their English language skillsthrough conversations, games etc. The volunteer will be also asked tohelp with decorations and creative handmades, he/she will be free toorganise other activities for the children (theatre, music, etc.).

It will also be possible for the volunteer, if he/she wants to, toparticipate in some of VITATEAM's activities, whose target group islocal youth aged 17 to 30.

About accomodation: the volunteer will be sharing an apartment withVITATEAM's volunteer (at the moment, an Italian girl, who's stayinguntil January 2011) and he/she will have his/her own room. Lunch willbe at the kindergarden. The working languages will be Russian andEnglish. Russian private classes will be arranged by our organisation.

SLOVENIA


Celjski mladinski center (Celjske Youth Center)* is looking for 1 highly motivated candidates for our EVS projects in Celje, *Slovenia.*

We are applying for the 1st June deadline and the project will start in October 2010 and will last from 6-12 months.

Cazalla Intercultural is looking for 1 EVS volunteer for a 9-month projectin Lorca, Murcia, Spain.

The project is about fighting integration difficulties of recently arrivedmigrants in Lorca.

The work consists in preparing and offering a wide,varied program ofeducation and leisure activities for those young people who are notintegrated in the social life which will allow them to knowother youngpeople in town and break their isolation.We are looking for 1 volunteerwith following profiles:

The EVS volunteer will be working as a support in coordination ofEuropean projects like youth exchanges and training courses bymaintainingcontact with organizations? partners. There is some spacefor personal ideasand projects.
Another task will be helping in organizing workshops and coursesforlocal community as well as for European Projects like youthexchanges.
Needs to have experience in working with young people, motivationandenthusiasm to cooperate with them. Experience ininterculturalenvironment and initiative are crucial. A basic level ofSpanish is welcomed.
Dates: aprox. 15th of September 2010 - 15th of June 2011
Since the organization is working with immigrants in the city of Lorcaworking tasks of the volunteer will include public attention andsupport oflocal immigrants within the Municipalities Offices ofMobility and Youth andCultural Diversity. Example of the tasks: workingin the internet room,solving daily problems of immigrants like creatingCV, looking for work,giving information about Spanish courses etc.

POLONIA

FERSO Foundation from Lodz is one of the biggest sending/hosting/ coordinating organization in Poland .

Since 2005 we've been active on EVS field- now we coordinate 3 kindergartens, library and also host volunteers by ourselves. Moreover we are EVS supporting center and Youth Program centre in our region.

Our EI reference number is 2007-PL-80, but in few days we will have a new EI number because of accreditation which we had recently. At 1st of October with our hosting organizations and we'd like to start 9 months project, involving 10 volunteers from all over Europe . Deadlinefor collecting application is 22 of may, application form to NA wesent for 1st June. First step for volunteers is sending CV and motivation latter, to chosen we'll send special application form.

If you are interested in cooperation and being sending organization in our project, here is list of hosting organization

For all volunteers we offer :

Two training outside of Lodz (October and February) . It will be an occasion to inform the volunteers about the techniques of constructing a successful workshop for children and youth, larger campaigns and the main rules during the project.

What is more, the volunteers will have an occasion the get to know the coordinator and the mentors and some of the Foundation's employees which will surely help during the project.

Due to the unpredicted circumstances, we have a vacancy for already approved EVS project SI-21-05-2010-R1.

The project should start on 20th August 2010 and finish on 14th April 2011. Here is a short description of the project:
Title: Promotion of volunterism and youth information

Main topics:
Media and communication/youth information; environment; Aims andactivities: The main aim of the project is to give information aboutvoluntarism and non-formal learning opportunities to young people fromMontenegro, so to involve as much young people as possible in Europewide projects of volunteer exchanges and foster young people sense ofEuropean citizenship and their role in the present and future ofEurope. Another aim of the project is increasing a level of citizensÂ?awareness about importance of volunterism for development of communityand working on creation of suitable legal frame for local andinternational volunteering. Also one of aims is to improving status ofyoung people working on reducing the level of discrimination andincreasing of their chances for equal status in society. In theprojectsÂ? framework the following activities including differentnon-formal education methods will be implemented: Organization andpreparation of different trainings and courses related to activeparticipation of youth, voluntarism, civil society development,youth-exchanges; Social researches related to youth; Organization andpreparation of civil initiatives, campaigns and cultural events etc.Organization, preparation and implementation of the internationalvoluntary work camps; Promotional campaign about voluntarism andmobility programs for youth;
