The exhibition "Timeless Loves", organized by "Vulcano Monello", brings together works made bewteen 1988 and 2014 bt the artist Franco Porcasi. Hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism for the City of Naples at the San Severo al Pendino Monumental Complex in Via Duomo. June, 17th-30th 2014. The exhibition will be open from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 7pm, free admission.

The exhibition will be inaugurated on Wednesday June 18th, 2014 at 5.30pm. The vernissage will be attended by dr. Paolo Jorio, director of the Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro, and prof. Stefano Causa, art historian and professor at the University of Naples "Suor Orsola Benincasa". During these years, Franco Porcasi has developed a technique of painting known as "spatula", sometimes embellished with gold leaf backgrounds, giving the images a greater corposit and brings to mind ancient frescoes. The human figure, particularly the female icon of eternal beauty, is the main subject of these paintings, which have a complex architecture and a harmonious rhythm of composition.

Franco Porcasi - noted journalist and writer, Francesco De Rosa - has a very rare intelligence, since his art derives from a humanist culture forged on the classics, finding nourishment and synthesis in an intense life of thoughts .
