The concert series Music for the Spirit, presented by the Association Mysterium Vocis, under the patronage of the Municipality of Naples, will take place at the Basilica of the Holy Spirit (Piazza Sette Settembre, entrance: via Toledo, 402). The event will mainly take place in the area of the the Sacristy , and interesting space to be exploited for both architectural and artistic aspects and for the quality of acoustic.
The event will take place from may to June with a preview on April, 12th. Chior Mysterium Vocis, directed by Rosario Totaro, music by neapolitan author of the XVIII century. Execution of Agony of Christ - The Seven Last Words of Christ by Niccolò Jommelli, on the occasion of the third anniversary of his birth.
Mysterium Vocis and children's choir Gli Angiulilli di Napoli will take part to the event, the all-female ensemble Musicia Spirto with the sopranos Roberta Andalò and Sabrina Santoro; also participate in solo recitals with the soprano Maria Ercolano and Valentina Varriale, as well as students of the Conservatory "San Pietro a Majella" Conservatory of Naples and the "Domenico Cimarosa" Conservatory of Avellino, pianist Antonio Di Palma and many other musicians. The festival will end with a composition written by Giacomo Vitale, commissioned by the Association Alessandro Scarlatti in Naples, inspired by the Canticle of the Creatures.

Música para el Espíritu, evento presentado por la Asociación Mysterium Vocis bajo el patrocinio del Ayuntamiento de Nápoles, tendrá lugar en la Basílica del Espíritu Santo (Piazza Sette Settembre, entrada: Via Toledo, 402) con uso prominente de la Sacristía, espacio interesante tanto para los aspectos arquitectónicos y artísticos, como para la calidad acústica.
Se llevará a cabo entre mayo y junio con una vista previa el 12 de Abril, para dar la debida importancia al programa al coro Mysterium Voci dirigido por Rosario Totaro, centrándose en la música de la Pasión de autores de la escuela napolitana del siglo XVIII, en particular en la ejecución de la "Agonía de Cristo - Las siete últimas palabras de Nuestro Señor" de Niccolò Jommelli, que marca el tercer aniversario de su nacimiento.
Los participantes del evento son: el coro Mysterium Vocis, el coro de niños Gli Angiulilli de Nápoles, Musico Spirito con las sopranos Roberta Andalò y Sabrina Santoro; también participará en recitales las sopranos Maria Ercolano y Valentina Varriale, así como alumnos del Conservatorio "San Pietro a Majella" de Nápoles y los del Conservatorio "Domenico Cimarosa" de Avellino, el pianista Antonio Di Palma y muchos otros músicos. El festival se cerrará con una composición especialmente escrita por Giacomo Vitale, encargado por la Asociación Alessandro Scarlatti en Nápoles, inspirado en el Cántico de las Criaturas.
