Even this year, "L'Arte in Vetrina" becomes an opportunity for interaction within arts of territory, putting into contact shops in Piazza Mercato - Sant'Eligio, as it happens since a dozen of years, to be cause of reflection and, it will be strange, to show the sad ending of this city. During years, from the first edition to the current one, many shop- windows are closing; that's because Istitutions are not present, beacuse of the difficulty of business and because, this territory full of culture, history and important monuments seems to be an forgotten island between a sea of world and promises. There's always someone as Enzo Falcone, president of Association "Storico Borgo Sant'Eligio", who doesn't give up and goes ahead to plan, to organize and suggest a series of cultural activities on this Territory, where its diamond point it's this event that starts with its XI edition as "L'Arte in Vetrina" from 15th november to Epiphany 2013. Hundred of artists and works that give to the shopwindows something unique and nice for people of quartier and for people that are used to fell forgotten can discover thru the children dresses a work full of colours and tell about people who doesn't fell out of town, but part of it; only passion and strenght to react let us know that we are Istitutions; we are active citizens; we desire to understand, discover, get excited for what an old man (only a question of age!!) goes on to help the place where he has participate actively from 20's, first as typographical activity and today, after several years, even as defender of a place, of a story, of a tradition and tenacious promoter of project of " Museo Laboratorio di Arte Tipografica" in Naples for cultural heritage safeguard and of an old trade.
