November 19, 2009 - signing protocol Forum Italia 150 (1.87 MB).The Universal Forum of Cultures will be a great opportunity for the cities that, together with Naples, will be protagonists in 2013. Beginning from the official designation of the fourth edition of the Forum, diplomatic initiatives started in order to spread the event, and to promote the construction of nets able to strengthen the bonds of Naples with national and international cities and institutions.
Through agreements and twinships dedicated to the specific needs of every city the Forum of Naples will be an occasion not only to valorise the cultural, touristic and historical realities of the other Italian cities but also of foreign cities, offering the possibility to bring their patrimony of culture and history to Naples. All the twinned cities will be asked to give their own contribution to the event and to work on a common project.
A first meaningful example of this path has been the signature of the protocol of agreement with the city of Milan that in 2015 it will host the Expo.
