Open to the public from monday to friday from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.

Closed in August.

The library currently contains about 1000 volumes (and new additions are constantly being made at the rate of about 300 per year) and is available to students, trainees and anyone interested in learning more about European-related issues.

The volumes are divided according to subject area and these range from European History and its geo-political make-up, to the integration process in view of recent developments, and also include important topics relating to group policy on development, immigration, the environment and relations with the rest of the world. There are also books which focus exclusively on legal issues.

Free loan service:

Over-eighteens can register with a valid identity document.
Up to five books can be borrowed for a maximum of fifteen days and can be renewed for another 15 (as long as the book has not been reserved by another user) Dictionaries and encyclopaedias are not available for loan but are available for reference only.
