The port

The port of the city is particularly large and efficient, with landing places for ferries and hydrofoils arriving from the nearby Tyrrhenian islands, as well as ships which travel much greater distances. The Beverello is not the only mole for the boats; not far away are those of Mergellina and Pozzuoli. Greater variety is added by the smaller, more modest and more luxurious craft which are the property of those who like to get away from the city's hubbub, and enjoy the attractions of the Naples and Campania sea.

The naples seafront offers a great deal more than mooring places. The shipyard and bathing establishments together with their production chain are a feather in the cap of Neapolitan entrepreneurs. Those who would like to invet in an alternative holiday - undeniably costly -might wish to buy a boat and experience the wonders of the coastline.

But Naples gives great satisfaction to everyone who visits it. Many companies make use of its port.
