The road shows to present the Universal Forum of Cultures started with the visit to Dubai on February 2008. The international appointments of 2008 will continue until 2013, when from 10th July to 21th April, Naples will be the Universal Capital of Cultures.

The purpose of the meetings is to promote the Forum of Naples 2013 in various cities of the world and to identify the 101 cities that will be protagonists together with Naples in 2013.

The tour continued with the participation of the city of Naples in Liverpool, European Capital of Culture for 2008 and in Elche, and with a series of meetings with the ambassadors of Italian culture in foreign countries - as it happened in Paris, 24th June 2008 - and at international symposia, as the one in Istanbul in April 2008.
